No. We collect 50% of your "design and set-up fee" at the beginning of the building process and collect the remainder when you sign off on the design. Because the initial charge covers up-front costs, such as server space, software fees, and graphic licensing, we do not offer refunds if you walk away mid-project. However, if you decide to go with another design and hosting solution in the middle of your site build, we will not charge the remaining 50% of your "design and set-up fee."
Monthly Maintenance fees are not refunded because we charge month to month, and you are free to stop using our service any time without incurring additional fees. If you leave mid-month, fees paid at the beginning of the month are not refundable.
