Because we offer all features to all churches and ministries... and because we base our pricing on your church or ministry size, it appears as though smaller organizations receive the same product for a smaller price.
This is not exactly true.
Smaller churches require less design and set-up because they do not require large and complicated sites. Similarly, smaller ministries are expected to have fewer support and WeDo requests over time. So while smaller churches pay less for the same features, they use fewer of our resources.
But let's say this wasn't the case. Let's say all ministries use the same amount of service in addition to having access to the same features, disk space and bandwidth. Would it then be fair?
