Keep in mind: You get what you pay for. The level of design and service we provide takes many hours of work. Disney can't provide "dream vacations" at carnival prices. Same deal here. Other companies charge less because they aren't offering what we offer. If they did, they would charge more.
So what's so special about our service? What are we offering that they don't? So glad you asked!
First, we don't stuff everybody into the same template. We offer ongoing unlimited consultation during the design and set-up process. We want you to be 100% happy with your website's layout and appearance. We aren't happy until you're happy. Other design solutions use a limited number of templates and give you one or two opportunities to request changes during the process. Not NarrowGate. We tweak and tweak and tweak until you have the website you want.
Our monthly fees cover UNLIMITED support and full-blown site maintenance. We only ask you to update your calendar, write your own blogs and devotionals, crop and size your graphics to meet your site's specifications, and trim and compress your audio for podcasts. WE DO THE REST! And if those other things sound difficult, we provide tutorials and are happy to walk you through the steps.
Other companies charge $50 or more per hour for this level of service.
